There is no denying the fact that God is working in our midst like never before. The fellowship is much warmer and heartfelt, the singing much joyful, the sermons much easier and dynamic, and the worships more spontaneous and glorious. Even the children as young as 3 quietly join in worship and they seemed to really feel the Presence of God like their parents do.

If there is anything that brought us this far, it must be the tender hand of the LORD, who kept us and held us tight through the rough times of the ministry. We have had our not so little share in  problems in the ministry, and we just glad they’re over, and we’re hoping we can apply the lessons learned in the future, should rise again.

But there is one more thing that seems to bring the saints to higher level of Christian life and service. It is the fact the Lord’s promised is drawing ever closer, and reports of supernatural experiences and manifestations from all churches all confirm that the Bride of Christ has come to a new season in the ministry. Whatever God has in store for us, it’s nothing like we’ve had, or known, before.

May the saints be ready for God’s final work and bring us all to glory with His Almighty hand. Amen!

Inspired by the work of God in the their lives, the youths bravely walked the streets and alleys of Sitio Dalig Uno and Sitio Dalig Dos to hand out books and leaflets. Wearing their uniform T-shirts, they knocked on doors, called out on windows, and met people on the street. It was a sight to behold, and their eagerness and confidence showed in the way they talked with people young and old.

The actvity was conducted in cooperation with the Evangelistic Team which was created  to spearhead the proclamation of the Message in the city of Antipolo. The team is led by our own evangelist, Bro. Rudy Ibanez. He personally went with the youths in the distribution of tracts.

Believers old and new flocked to Jabez Campsite to participate in the 3-day convention. Among the participants were churches from Mabini (Pangasinan), Novaliches, Norzagaray (Bulacan), Antipolo City, San Pedro, Silang (Cavite), Dasmarinas, Trece Martires City, Lipa City (Batangas), Candelaria (Quezon), Lucena City, Del Gallego (Camarines Norte), Mandaon (Masbate), Gandara (Samar)and Butuan City (Agusan Del Norte).

As early as the first day, the camp was already filled to capacity. The cabins were occupied all but 2, and the sanctuary just couldn’t accommodate all the attenders.

A baptism was also conducted on the third day where, among the 4 new believers, a pastor and Bishop from one big denomination received the Message and the right baptism.

The baptism was conducted after the worship service last November 20, 2011.

Our Sundays are never the same again. Because we use for our worship center a function hall in a hotel, we have to set up our equipment every time we hold our service. Our Sunday now begins at 8:00 AM when the Site Preparation Team arrives to set up the stage and the audio/video system. About 15 minutes later, our Music Team arrives to set up their instruments. By 8:30 AM the Security and Ushering Team have already arrived and making their own preparations.

The sanctuary is not opened to the congregants until 15 minutes before 9:00 AM. By that time, the place is fully set up and the Ushers are ready to accommodate the worshippers. Special attention is given to guests so that they feel comfortable and find their way around. They are promptly identified using our Guest Information Cards and acknowledged later on by the Emcee.

At the closing of the worship service, our Snacks Team are ready to distribute food and drinks to everyone who may need to ease their hunger before they leave.

The saints do not leave right away. The youths return for the afternoon service after they had lunch. Other events may take place in the next 3 hours before we leave the hall. We have Bible Classes for baptism candidates, new members and others depending on the present need. The baptism of new believers is also held right after the service so many will be able to witness the occassion.

The day will not end until our respective teams have dissassembled the stage and packed up our equipments. Our day at the hotel spans a mere 6 hours. But in those hours we have ministered more effectively than we have before, and were able to mobilize the most number of our men and women. At the end of the day we still have time to spend with our families or get together for dinner fellowships in various homes.

The move is seen as beneficial to the majority of our members. Since the last 3 years, our demographics have moved from Metro Manila to the province of Rizal. Today a great majority of our members live and work in Antipolo City.

The ministry also stands to benefit most of all because we will be able to concentrate our evangeslitic efforts in a much smaller area, saving as both time and resources. Alrady, an array of plans are being laid out to make the most in reaching out to the world in need of God and His Word.

A number of families will also be affected, especially those who come from as far as Malabon in the east and Alabang in the south. As always, we are very thankful for these families continued support despite the distance and the inconvenience especially in bad weather.

We encourage our brethren to spread the news of our ministry. We will be distributing invitations postcards to anyone and everyone so that we can invite our neighbors, friends, classmates, office mates, and relatives to our launch date.

When we arrived at the place the people have already filled the small hut that we built and use for a house of worship. There were so many children. The youths brought them outdoors and taught them songs and the Word of God. Others joined in praie and worship and offered songs and testimonies to the Lord.

Some of the highlights of the day were: dedication of children, wherein three families offered their new born and toddlers to the Lord’s special care; special offerings of song and praise by young and old; and the Children’s Bible class conducted by the youths.

Although we could stay longer than the light of day would allow us because there was no electricity, the few hours we spent was well worth the journey. The saints were very glad at the works of God in our midst. The youths, especially, enjoyed a new and different setting of serving and ministering to the people of God.
